What we access

With your authorization, Signet reads board and item data, users and teams, and item files needed to run approvals; it writes status columns, posts approval activity to Updates, and sends notifications. Scopes are listed on the app's Permissions tab.

What we store

Approval records, decisions, and an audit log are stored in our EU/US-hosted database, encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are additionally application-encrypted. We do not sell data.

Retention & deletion

Uninstalling stops processing; your history is retained for a limited window and permanently deleted on request to privacy@talonoid.com.
